We last left our hero deep in the center of Empire city during the "New Years" Parade. Steven still with a confused expression on his face as Garnet surprises him with a "Welcome back Balloon". After taking it and sharing a few words; Steven, Garnet, and Zoisite make there way over to a bench to sit and continue enjoying the Parade. Garnet begins to ask Steven what was some of his travels and what he did during them. Steven Grabs the balloon confused but happy to see her. He goes into a hug. "T-Thanks..!
